Post-processing

Standard finishing included with every High Temp order on SLA.

Included (standard)

Support removal Supports carefully clipped and contact points sanded smooth.
IPA washing Two isopropyl alcohol bath cycles to remove all uncured resin.
UV post-curing UV curing chamber completes polymerization for final mechanical properties.
Sanding Support witness marks sanded flush to consistent smooth matte finish.

Wet sanding Progressive wet sanding up to 2000 grit for near-polished surfaces.

Polishing Multi-stage polishing for optical clarity on Clear Resin parts.
