Makelab is a fast-growing 3D printing service specializing in high-quality, small-batch production and prototyping. We work with some of the most innovative companies in industrial design, robotics, and consumer goods, helping them bring ideas to life. As we scale our sales function, we’re looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Intern to help build and refine our processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is not a traditional internship where you’ll be spoon-fed tasks. If you’re the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and loves figuring things out, this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in supporting Makelab’s sales efforts by:
- Building and Refining Prospect Lists – Researching potential clients, organizing data, and keeping our CRM clean.
- Qualifying Leads – Identifying high-potential prospects and gathering useful insights about them.
- Spotting Sales Opportunities – Looking for gaps and opportunities where we can step in and add value.
- Crafting Follow-Ups – Writing personalized follow-ups for lapsed clients and prospects in the pipeline.
- Managing Sales Data – Keeping tabs on outreach efforts, responses, and trends in our CRM.
- Competitor & Market Research – Helping us stay ahead by analyzing industry trends and competitor activities.
- Sales Enablement – Organizing sales materials, one-pagers, and case studies to support our outreach.
- Process Documentation – Helping document workflows, outreach strategies, and best practices.
