As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Service & Design Intern to help manage complex, creative, and custom project demands.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This is not a passive learning role—it’s an opportunity to dive in and actively contribute. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys problem-solving, this internship is for you. You’ll work alongside our Service Specialist to ensure seamless coordination between our service operations and production team. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Client Projects – Tracking multiple projects, ensuring timelines are met, and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Communicating with Clients – Interacting with industrial designers, engineers, and marketers to understand and execute their needs.
- Problem-Solving on the Fly – Addressing unique, custom project challenges and finding efficient solutions.
- Learning 3D Printing Operations – Gaining a hands-on understanding of the 3D printing process and its intricacies.
- Enhancing Client Experience – Ensuring a seamless customer journey by improving service workflows and communication.
- Managing Schedules & Deadlines – Juggling multiple priorities, ensuring projects move from start to finish efficiently.

Hybrid Role (For Candidates with 3D Modeling Experience):
For those with previous design experience, we offer a hybrid role that blends service coordination with design work. This is for you if you’re eager to refine your technical skills and expand your knowledge of 3D printing preparation. Additional responsibilities include:
- Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFAM) – Learning how to optimize files for FDM & SLA 3D printing.
- STL File Repair & Editing – Ensuring models are print-ready.
- Reverse Engineering & Modeling – Creating files based on sketches, photos, and physical objects.
