How long does a Makelab X subscription last?
Depending on what you choose, a Makelab X subscription lasts 12 months from the day that you start! You can see this reflected in your online subscription portal. You will also get email receipts dating your renewal date. And, you'll also get an email when you're nearing your renewal so you can decide if you want to continue or not!

How does that change my ordering process?
It works a lot like Amazon Prime! Once you are subscribed, your customer account will be marked. You can proceed to check out as regular, choosing "Standard Production - 3 Business Days" as your Production Speed option.
What happens if I accidentally pay a fee for Rush Production?
No worries! We will happily refund it right away. All we need you to do is send us an email about it and we'll refund you right away once we confirm your subscription status!
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
To cancel, you can navigate to your Subscription Portal via one of the emails sent to you by our system or by navigating to the Makelab X webpage > "Existing User". A pop up will appear where you can log in and manage your subscription.
You are able to cancel your subscription at any time, but will continue to be billed for the rest of your term.
